I was very dissapointed. We lived on the waterfront - great view! minimal noise, everythings else about it was unhappy. None of the repairs we asked to be done before we moved in were touched. Something was always falling apart and it was a stroke of dumb luck if you could get the onsite maintenance guys to come fix it. They did a horrible job painting and carpet cleaning before we moved in. I always prayed coming home I wouldn't hit one of the many many kids that played in the parking lot (even though it was against the rules) you can kiss parking goodbuy unless you get there while evryone else is at work. oh and by the way they expected us to provide them with receipts for professionally cleaning the carpets and the blinds when you move out(not included in your deposit). Watch out for those rent raises too we started at $675. All in all there are much better places for much better value - keep looking! :) lGjq8RUBjvsZjkb5ueji
