Echo lake is owned by a property management company, and they won't work with you. - I gave my 20-day move out notice 2 days late, and they made me pay for another entire month.
The kitchens are VERY small. The drawers are not even big enough to put a silverware holder in. You can't open the fridge door all the way or it hits the stove!!
The layout of the apartments leaves much to be desired. The way the fireplace is positioned in the living makes it difficult to arrange furniture. The entire apartment is very choppy.
Also, when I moved into the apartment it was not very clean.
Parking is okay, but it you want a gauranteed spot you have to pay an additional $25 per month. The apartment is just 2 blocks of off highway 99, and at certain parts of the day it is really hard to make a left turn out of the driveway.
The apartments are on a lake and that view is nice, but the surrounding neighborhood looks pretty rundown.
On the upside, the apartments have washer/dryer and fireplace in unit, and the carpet is nice.
Overall, you can find a better apartment for the same price.
