I have lived here for a little over 2 years, and I would say That the grounds were kept clean, the bushes were neat, and I would have to say it was nice living by grocery stores, sears and my college was right up the hill that I could take a hefty walk to. I'de say the only problem was parking, if you had guests, they would have to park on the street or sometimes around the block because some other attendants would always have a car parked in guest parking and there was very few guest parking. It wasn't too noisy, and I would say stay with your laundry in the laundry room.... people were known to move our laundry..... there was always the laundry mat down the street by safeway so if need be you could go there. The manager was really friendly, and if there was a problem he would try to get to it as quick as he could, depending on how large his list was. (usually wasnt too long...) overall fairly nice.
