I have lived at Linden for about 4 months now. My apartment is cute and it was leased to me in a great condition. Parking is free, although I would recommend a club if you have a decent car... I had caught some shady guy lurking around my car and there have been complaints about car thefts from other residence. The area is kinda shady in general, but nice enough. The people who live here all seem nice and the building's really quiet. It's an interesting mix of people, although I do think that the apartments are probably a little drug infested. Overall, it's a short distance away from downtown Seattle but it's more quiet. I could take it or leave it; I haven't decided if I'm going to renew my lease.
