After Kauri bought the building, it became scummy. When kauri took over, my rent went from $525 to $650 in one year and they now charge for water. The inside and outside were not cared for as well as they used to be. The supposed sauna was always locked. I moved out of my lease 2 months early because they did nothing about the numerous complaints about my neighbors who were extremely loud, engaged in domestic violence and pot-smoking. While I moved out early, I fulfilled my lease and it still took almost a year and several law suit threatening letters to get my cleaning deposit returned. Meanwhile my apartment sat empty for 2 months while they "looked" for a new tenant.
