This is a great apartment to live in mainly because of the location. The area is rapidly improving and the apartment is walking distance to Fred Meyer and Top Foods. It's a block away from the 358 bus line and 2 minutes from the freeway. You can be in Downtown Seattle in 15 minutes. As far as the building its been recently painted and upgraded. There are alot of Section 8 people in the buildings but they never really cause any problems. A good value for the money.
