Great Location - This is a great apartment to live in mainly because of the location. The area is rapidly improving and the apartment is walking distance to Fred Meyer and Top Foods. It's a block away from the 358 bus line and 2 minutes from the freeway. You can be in Downtown Seattle in 15 minutes. As far as the building its been recently painted and upgraded. Fairly good with a few quarks - I have lived here for a little over 2 years, and I would say That the grounds were kept clean, the bushes were neat, and I would have to say it was nice living by grocery stores, sears and my college was right up the hill that I could take a hefty walk to.
