Clearidge Townhomes

Parking - Parking is adequate at the townhomes. Each tennant/owner has 1 covered garage and one assigned parking space. With space in front of the garage each unit is able to park 3 cars. The down side the the parking situation is that there is only ONE guest spot. This forces visitors to either park on the street of park in someones elses assigned parking spot at the risk of being towed.
Noise level- Not much to say other than this is a very quite complex.
Grounds - Nothing much to brag about. Some units have access to a small communal yard, but there is nothing special here. Well kept grounds, but nothing special.
Safety - This seems to be a very secure place. The entire parking area is lit, as well as all walkways leading up to individual units are well lit.
Construction - Again, nothing special here, they lay out of the units leaves something to be desired. (lighting fixtures accessable only via a 10 foot ladder) The bathrooms seem a bit cramped (have to close the door to get in the shower)
Maintenance Service Quality - I have not had much experience with this. However, when I initially moved in, there was a tree that had branches hanging into my porch area. After I informed the association of this, it was taken care of two days later.
Office Staff- I pay my dues in person on a monthly basis, and all staff members at the office are a pleasure to work with.
