I lived in Crestwood Apartments for about a year. The area is very nice and the grounds are well kept. However, when I moved in there were problems like a cracked bathroom mirror and carpet stains that the managers said weren't severe enough to change for a new tenant. Upon move out, I was told that everything was fine, but after I moved they refused to return my deposit without reason, which is illegal. When I sued them in small claims court, they countered that the apartment was left in poor condition. Something that was not mentioned on my move out list. Eventually, I won out, but not without a long fight. Overall, if you move there, watch your back. The managers are slick and the owners of the property are worse. Don't let them sucker you into taking the place in less than perfect conditions, because they'll blame you later!
