Never have I been so unhappy at an apartment as I have at this one. The managment is terrible, my wife didn't even feel comfortable to deal with the guy in the office, he would just stare her up and down. The actual management company is awful. I tried to contact the main guy, I think his name was Mike, and he never returned my calls, or concerns. Not to mention the run around I was given to get ahold of him....lets face it any company that won't give you their corporate address is corupt.
My apartment had problems, maintenance can't fix anything.....and I think she is the housekeeper is always just standing around, nosing into everyone business....Stay Away

The Property Management Company is Targa Real Estate Services. They have two offices, one in Federal Way and one in Seattle. Probably find their phone number in the phone book.
