I would not recommend it to anyone. The manager has some issues. He has never heard of the term privacy. If his boss would take the time to survey the renters, I'm sure that he wouldn't last. I would not be at all surprized if the positive feedback is from the manager himself. Also, if you pay a deposit you can kiss it goodbye. No matter how well you turn it over to them they find a way to keep it. His wife of course does the floors when you move out. They have a nice little monopoly going for them.
