Let's see.. manager is super weird, I avoid him by all costs. The gym is just like a bowflex from 1990 in a small stuffy room that smells like sweat and the sauna is like a closet. We pay WAAAY to much for rent. Parking is AWFUL on my side, if you're by Bucklin Hill it's not bad, good luck finding an available apartment there though. There's about 3 open parking spaces on the other half of the complex besides the one reserved for you, so if you have 2 cars, you might find yourself walking a little more than you should have to. We decided to remove our own closet doors because we can't get the maintenance guy to put them on properly. Our appliances are from 1985. AND they say your security deposit is for new carpet and paint.. well I don't think so. My "new carpet" had burns in it and my paint has the puddy used to fill in holes showing, so no new paint either. THIS PLACE SUCKS! and should i mention i can hear my neighbor's use the bathroom from my bedroom'
