Contrary to some of the reviews listed here, I have enjoyed renting an apartment in Crosspointe. I have lived in mine for 5 years and have never had any problems. I am in the process of looking to buy a condo, otherwise would have been happy to continue renting where I am. I have had a couple problems with maintenance items and they have always been fixed by the next day at the latest. The staff has always been professional and courteous. Some of the appliances are older, but what else can you expect from an apartment really' They are all clean and work just fine, so I can't complain. The rent is very reasonable for the location. In the past 5 years since I've been there, my rent has gone up $150, however when I moved in the rent was extremely low for Silverdale. Now it is comparable to other apartments in the area. I would recommend renting from Crosspointe, I have always found it to be very quiet and peaceful, sometimes forgetting that I am in the middle of town.
