Grounds are nice, well kept and overall nice. Apartments are large and only complaint when I moved in was that there was a bleach stain on the carpet. The male manager can be a little socially awkward but the female was nice but perhaps going senile she would usually confuse me with other tenants. I would recommend living here if you have the money to do so. The rent is now comparable to other Silverdale complexes however the amenities are not which is why I think that they are overpriced. It's within walking distance to Albertson's but you have to be careful when going out of the exit near Wendy's since you may get hit I had many close calls. Also the parking spaces make no sense and you cannot change your space to a closer more convienent one (i lived on the top floor and my space was in front of a different building lugging up groceries and moving was not a fun affair. However the apartment complex is relatively safe and nice I would live here again if the rent were cheaper.
