Apartments are very poorly built and most have mold problems and are falling apart. Most of the kids run around unsupervised and spend their time bullying other kids and adults. The Maintenance is basically non-existant, if you need something fixed and its not an absolute life or death emergency, plan on waiting at least a few months, if not forever. The only good thing about these apartments is that the current manager tries really hard and does what she can to try to improve things.
