My biggest problem with the Emerald Crest apartments was the noise level. Unfortunately they seemed to let just about anyone move in, including people who threw loud parties even on weeknights. I was a college student during the two years I lived there and I had many sleepless nights which were not helpful before test days. I witnessed one of my neighbors night after night playing his car stereo as loud as it would go just to make people mad. When confronted by the maintenance man, the loud tenant pushed him down the stairs! That was the day I decided to move out. I didnt really feel that the management had control and I didn't feel safe after that.
