Lived here for about 4 months at the end of 2003. The rent was less than $700 for a two bedroom. It had a washer and dryer. It was clean but not really the nicest place. the outside wasnt as well kept as other places that i have lived, but it was decent. The owner/manager is an older lady who doenst like younger people as much, however she seemed to rent to alot of navy guys. I think they might know about the appearance of their apartment so they have free cable that includes 50 or 60 channels. i guess that saves a few bucks.

One good thing about the place is that you can live there month to month. you just have to give a 20 day notice before you want to leave or you get stuck paying another months rent.

For every building they had about 4 to 5 visitor spots for parking.

the apartment is across the street from a best buy and right next to a wendy, albertsons,and a liqour store.

because the place is month to month Id only recommend it to some one in the navy or someone who needs pretty cheap rent. other than that you could find a nicer place elsewhere.
