When I first moved in I was very bothered by how unprofessional the managment was. However I have come to like that they are not always lurking and they're not nosey. I got a second cat and let them know I couldn't pay the second pet deposit for another month and they were totally flexible with that. The inside is a little dingy, very eighties. Dated cupboards and appliances. They are very prompt about attending to maintenance requests. Not too noisey. Very pet friendly. However, I have only lived her for a year and they have already raised rent three time. When I moved in it was 675 for a one bedroom. Now it is 705, I find that an outrageous jump in one year. It is located next to Albertsons and the liquer store which is wonderful, and ther is so much within walking distance you dont even need a car if you work in town. Overall, the free cable, oblivious staff, w/d in unit, and low pet cost is well worth it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAYING YOUR RENT WITH CASH THOUGH. These people are shady and have tried telling me I never paid twice. I had to locate my reciepts to prove I paid and now I ONLY pay with money orders. I drop them in the overnight drop box and write a request for a receipt on the envelope.
