I've lived here twice.

The first time I had just turned 18 and moved in with a friend who was already living in the apartment. She moved out, and I got a 2nd room mate. We had NO problems with the place except a crazy lady who constantly screamed at her kids.
The walls are really thin and you can hear basically every tiny sound.

The second time I moved in with a friend. Our washer broke the day we moved in, but the landlord came and fixed it the next day.. Our couch wouldn't fit through the hallway so we had to take it over the balcony (we were on the 3rd floor).
They're very good about parking - you can call them if someone parks in your assigned spot and that person gets towed. Kinda nice when you get home late and can't even park in your own space.
Our electric sockets kinda sucked, the plugs would fall out easily.
The landlord was pretty rude about my roommate getting a cat. Even though she called and asked if they allowed pets when she went to buy her kitten, they said "yes thats fine" and then saw the cat in the window and called us and told us that if we didn't pay $100 we'd be evicted...

Its really not too bad.

How many apartment complexes pay Water, Sewer, Garbage, AND cable'!
