No matter how well your apartment is maintained, don't even count on getting your money back. One day they will be taken to court for this issue. Parking is horrible for tenants with more than one car. Management isn't too friendly. The only time they contact you is if they need something (money).
You are able to hear everyone around you in other apartments. We would barely have our volume up on the television and nieghbors would complain. The biggest issue is the management!
