I must have been evil in a previous life. This place is the WORST apartment I have ever lived in. The management is very sweet and pleasant to your face, but behind your back....that is another story. For the amount of rent I pay monthly, I would have expected alot more than I am getting. It is the rare occasion that the hot water heater works. Although management promises me it will be fixed, I am still waiting. My dishwasher gets the dishes wet, Clean would be nice. I guess that would be asking to much. There is no insulation in the walls. I can hear my neighbors, their kids, every car that rides by, the rats in the dumpsters.
I am glad that I only have one car, because there is NO-Where to park. The grounds are not maintained, pieces of siding are missing from walls or are damaged. Dirt and debris filling every walkway is so bad, that soon I will have to tunnel to my apartment.
The maintenance man is one cromosone short of retarded. He does not understand electricity or basic mechanics. It took him three weeks to figureout how to fix my blinds.
Living here is akin to being sentenced to the fourth level of hell.
