Ive lived here for a little less than a year (had to move because military transfered us) and hardley had problems to complain about. The noise level wasnt the best, however, I think it has alot to do with whos living above you or under you, the first people to live above us were ridiculously loud, the second, you cant even tell their home. I didnt know anyone was living up there until I saw them come out one day. I think the insulation could be a little thicker, but then again, every other apartment Ive been in has been this way. Parking isnt the best, everyone as an assigned spot for one car, I rarely found myself parking more than a building down from my building. The staff is very friendly, and they do seem to take into concern what your issues our. The rest of the staff is very nice too, maintanence...here within a day of a problem I addressed. The landscape not too bad, however tenants need to clean up after their dogs. Beautiful location, and close to town and base. Military occupies a large majority, so its nice to be less than 10 minutes from base. The only appliance problem I had was the dishwasher, I had to make sure I had junk wiped all the way off the dishes before I put them in, I think the dishwasher is from the 80's. Everything else worked nice. Water heater heated plenty of hot water, oven works GREAT, fridge keeps things cold cold, heater works wonderfully and havent had any electircal issues yet. I enjoyed living in these apartments
