Office staff is very fake...very scared to move out as I'm pretty sure I won't get any money back. I have had two complaints on myself of which were apartment and non-soud proof related. We have neighbors upstais that decide moving furniture between 10pm and 11pm is ok...but manage to complain about us. appliances are cheap...rental staff completely pretense about concerns.
