i liked living in the outlook! we got lucky with an awesome view of the olympic mountains and a great garden area. the floor plan was nice and spacious and you really do get alot of square footage for your money. i'll agree and say that parking was less then desirable and my neighbors up stairs were the heaviest walkers ever! but, overall it as a great place! the office staff was always nice and helpful for me.
