We've lived here for almost a year, and I like the place. Our apartment is cute, but that could be due mostly to my amazing decorating skills...The staff has always been friendly, but not so much in the helpful department. Our upstairs neighbs are on crack or something, as their prime hours for marching around the bedroom are between 1 and 3 am...and they are not slight people. Mentioning this to the office and to the neighbs did nothing, so I would reccommend renting a top floor unit if you want more than 2 hours of interrupted sleep any given Tuesday. Or Wednesday, or Thursday...It's affordable, all our appliances work and my only real complaint is about the noise...so it is what it is. An apartment.
