I lived here for a year and they were horrible! I swear I had no insulation in the walls for my electric bill was enormous every month and the hose was still cold! There was no parking for anyone but 1 car! I could hear everything my neighbors did! the parks are run down and they were quite a walk to get to! When I moved out I super cleaned the place and they charged me for 80% carpet replacement which was a crock and they also charged me for a new door which was broken when I moved in and on my walk through inspection!
