we were charged bogus charges after we moved out. I only lost $100, but the place was ---- and span. The maintainence man did the walk thru and when my husband pointed out that the disposition of the apt. was good, the guy said he had to put something down or he would get into trouble. The mgmt. company awarded me with $20 back, and I lost. It wasn't about the money, but the lying at that point. I really liked the m/b closet, I could sit in there and read. It wasn't bad, we were just starting out and had a baby at that time. We moved when we found out we were going to have another child and also the rents were going up a considerable amount. When my baby could crawl, he could just push on the closed front door and it would open right up. The office staff at that time thought their stuff didn't stink......I don't know why, but they were snobby.
