Mostly good - could easily be better

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2003
Moved here Jan 2003 and staying until house is built, approx August. Move-in was easy as apartment was VERY clean. Parking is OK unless you live in one of the areas with the townhomes. There is not enough parking there, and people end up parking in the fire lanes or street. There are enough carports for each apartment to have one, but they are not numbered/assigned, so it works (not very well) on the honor system. What makes it worse is there are a number of non-running cars (under car-ports, of course) and their owners also take up additional spaces with their cars that do run. ATTN Management: FIX PARKING. You will also be asked when moving in if you want the cable Internet 'service'. Avoid. It is run through a off-site company that has very poor service. 2 to 3 day outages are not uncommon. No repairs on weekends. Service is slow for broadband, and you do not get an e-mail address or Usenet access. DSL is available in this area. If you do not want a dish, you must also get cable from this same company. Reception varies, but generally is OK. Sometimes a channel will show up black and white for a day or two, then return to normal. ATTN Management: FIX/FIRE CABLE PROVIDER. Overall not too bad for an apartment. Tip: ask for 'Liz' if you want anything taken care of. Grounds are kept up well, it's well lighted and seems safe. If the minor irritations were fixed it would be great instead of just good.
