Great views, bad management, awful cable

Our townhome had a nice layout and great views. We enjoyed being next to a greenbelt and the wood burning fireplace. Our primary concern was the utter ineffectiveness and lack of concern on the part of the management. Everytime the cable went out (about once a month) it took weeks to fix. When our second floor bathroom leaked and flooded and soaked into the ceiling downstairs, managements only response was to tell us to turn the water off. They were not interested in taking an immediate look at the damage. When they finally came to repair the leak (it took them three tries to get it right) the maintenace person looked at the damaged ceiling and said, "what do you want me to do about it'"
Finally, by the time we moved out, the mantainance people had begun using the green belt as their own personal dump for everything from tree trimmings to construction debris (i.e. siding, rotten wood, etc.)
