The biggest problem with this apartment complex is that the owner has installed his own cable service. It is basically a feed from the dish network however, the manager has purchased a system which allows him to take the feed from their sattelite and disseminate it to the various apartments. The system he purchased however is very un reliable and it is continually losing channels. Since it is provided by the apartment complex, they are the first point of contact for problems. When contacted it frequently takes weeks to get it fixed or, the problem doesn?t get fixed at all.

Since I originally wrote this review, things have gotten worse. The cable system was basically down for 6 months..ie continually losing chanels, terrible interference, no service. The management has absolutely no power to correct any problems. Also they no longer seem to enforce the rules. Children are running amok and causing lots of damage. Garbage is piling up by the dumpsters and the grouds keeping crew is incompetent. They recently topped several trees and left them to die.
