I have enjoyed living at the complex for the past year or so and the problems with trash in the corridors, blown bulbs under the carports and generally unswept hallways is getting annoying.

Dog poop in common areas and inadequate poop patrol in those areas leads to tracking it all over the place.

As I have said tho, the apartment I have is adequate for my needs at a price which is not unreasonable. Would I rent here again' yes I believe so.

And irresponsible adults allowing their kids to pee or poop in the pool - maybe an age limit should be enforced.
