We lived at Quail Hollow Apartments for 3 years and stayed because our apartment was spacious and the view was great. However, during our three year tenancy, we had nothing but trouble with the horrid, management provided "in-house" cable system. The management was also not responsive to our complaints to repair earthquake damage or leaky plumbing or deficient/defective appliances.
When we moved out the management took almost 6 weeks to send us our deposit refunds despite our repeated requests for them. Finally, when we tried to rent another apartment from another landlord, the Quail Hollow Management refused to provide the new landloord with our rental history (which was pristine, by the way). When repeatedly contacted by our new landlord, Quail Hollow managment stated (for two days) that the only person who could get the information from the computer was out of the office and they had no idea when she would be back. On the third day of inquiries, Quail Hollow informed our new landlord that the only person who could access the information was on vacation and they had no idea when she would be back. Thankfully our new landlord took pity on us and let us move in without a "rental history" from Quail Hollow or we would still be living in a hotel!!!
