I've lived in QH now for almost 9 mos. The large trash compactor in the middle of the complex has been completely full for over a week, tenants are piling bags next to it. When I moved in to my apartment it was dirty, the carpet had bleach stains in several places and was torn in sections in the hallway - don't know what they're doing with the rent money we pay, but it's not going into upkeep. It's a shame, this place could be so much nicer with the great location and decent sized units. One positive note, I've had to call maintenance only once, and they were prompt and effective. It's not enough to compensate, however, for the rest.
