WORST MANAGEMENT IN AMERICA!

On the outside of these gorgeous, luxurious apartments is a dark, gritty secret.

For starters, the trash compactor, located adjacent to the children's play area resembles something of the Hurricane Katrina aftermath. Broken furniture and garbage is strewn about, the acrid scent makes you want to run for your life.

Secondly, we have our rude and lazy manager and staff. Liz, a spitting image of Nanny McPhee with matching cockney accent is the most unhelpful, unscrupulous individual I've ever come across. She only lives to serve herself like a notorious drug lord. There is an ever-present smell of alcohol looming from her breath, you just can't miss it.

She's also hired a tenant/friend of hers to work in the office as well. Well, this woman will let her pre-teen daughter run around throught the rental office, sitting behind the managers' desk and files as if she owned the place. That goes to show that your personal files are NOT SAFE AND CONFIDENTIAL. I've also seen this girl on the Rental Office computer, provided for the tenants to share. She will hog the computer for hours on end, I've noticed other tenants waiting in line to check their e-mails and for her to finish with the computer, but she'll waste hours goofing off on myspace.com.

The landscaping in these apartments are sloppily handled. Once in a blue moon is not appropriate for deciding to clean the grounds! Everywhere you look, cigarette butts litter the grounds of these apartments. I've actually witness not only Not to mention, if you have children, do not, I repeat, DO NOT let them play at the playground here, there's hundreds of beer bottle pieces, pieces of garbarge everywhere.

I also want to mention how sluggish maintenance repairs can be. If you place a work order, maybe, just MAYBE, it will be fulfilled 2 months later. That's right, if you have a leaky faucet or broken washing machine, you will have to go two months sans.

Lastly, it is important that I mention the cable situation. Why does Quail Hollow have a monopoly on the cable, while the surrounding apartments (i.e. Outlook) have Comcast' It is nearly impossible to overcome this cable situation, you have to pay for local channels such as PBS, ABC, even FOX won't come in clearly. Also, if you have a paid cable subscription, you're only getting a handful of channels and a movie channel or two, and that's it.
And as for satellite dishes, you can forget it. Unless you're one of the few lucky individuals who has an apartment that can receive a satellite signal, you're just plain out of luck.

This is not a good place to live unless there's a DRASTIC change in magagement.

I haven't lived there in 3 years, thank God! When I did live there, Liz was pretty decent, but pretty much everything else in this review is correct. The playground wasn't safe to allow your children to play on, the grounds were constantly dirty and looked like a ghetto down town apartment complex. I wouldn't live there if they offered me a place free of rent and I was homeless. I'd rather live in a cardboard box. Jess
