I had been a resident at the once illustrious Quail Hollow apartments'"upper townhomes" for quite some time. To tell the truth, at one time they were the elite in apartment living,here in beautiful silverdale. The manager was wonderful, fair and made sure all repairs were completed in a timely manner. It was a rather enjoyable place to reside. Although things began to change for the worse in january of 06', when the apartments were sold to a new owner and they brought in their own property management company "AKA" new managers. it was absolutely unbareable due to the lack of communication, miss-placing of billing information,constant changes in management and staff and no follow-thru for repairs and standard grounds and building maintainance. dissapointing to say the least, when there is no accountability where there once was greatness. I'm just a concerned ex-tennant who is assisting you in makeing an educated decision. Don't learn the hard way. The experience over the last 8 monthd still upsets me. Good luck...
