I have been a long standing tenant of Quail Hollow and I must admit, I am counting the days until I get to leave this hell hole. Don't get me wrong, this used to be a great place to live. About a year ago the place was bought and new managers came on board, since that time this place has just gone down hill. The manager is AWFUL, she won't even return a response when you call, and as far as the staff goes, Robyn is probably the nicest (and that isn't saying much). The "blondes" in the office are evil and they are very incompetent. Rent is outrageous for what you get... My apartment has no upgrades the carpet is worn out, but they still continue to charge astromoical rates for rent. The latest charge is for parking. You are to pay $25.00 a month to park in front of your unit.... You have to be kidding. ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE SO FEW TENANTS AND SOOOOOOOOOOOOO MANY UNUSED COVERED PARKING SPACES. It's a joke. THere are no handicaped spaces in my unit area, and when guests come, you better hope they can walk.

IF YOU HAVE A BRAIN IN YOUR HEAD, RENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THIS PLACE IS AWFUL, AWFUL, AWFUL AND I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND IT TO MY WORST ENIMY!!
