My family and I have been in the QH Townhomes on Thayer Ln for over 2 years now. It seems like there are new management takeovers every 4-6 months, rent is ridiculous and unjustifiably high for the POS, non-updated Townhomes. There are constant people walking through our neighborhood smashing the light poles and causing trouble, and the pay to have a carport is absolute BS, especially when it makes our rent $1095/month! Our downstairs bathroom has a soft floor that has never been fixed, so we cannot wait to actually fall through it, like the previous tenant did. The paint on our walls is a yellowish white blend of incompetence, almost like primer that never got painted over. Drywall sucks, none of the fixtures stay attached to the wall. Hope you enjoy crap cable.
They get DirecTV piped into the office, then from there it gets piped throughout the complex. If you don't have line of sight to the southern sky, you'll quickly hate it. It often goes down for no reason, the channels often switch and ones you frequent are no longer available. It is a total pain in the rear because the cable lines in this complex are all privatized so you'll never get Comcast or any other decent cable service. Qwest DSL is available and is the best option for internet.
Management has always been a complete lackluster fiasco! I cannot say one decent thing about the management here as of yet.
I will be moving my family out of this "hell hole" and use my money more appropriately in a different rental community located off of the Ridgetop area.
If you are Navy, find somewhere else to rent!!! Please, take my word on that.
