I have lived at quail hollow for over 5 years, when the new management took over in june of 2007 we were promised greate things were going to happen here, well needles to say only the office is nice. The office staff is horrible, full of excuses. -------------------------- I have ever met. I am not in the position to move or I would. I am very unhappy living here, the rent is so high and is going up every time I renew my lease. I need a way out................

All you get are unfulfilled promises at Quail Hollow. One thing that seems to stay true is that rent continues to go up and up while the quality of your home and living conditions in general goes down and down.

The Market Rent at Quail Hollow has not go up since September 2008.
