i lived here for not even 6 months had a falling out with the roommate so i moved out. told the office i was moving and they said ok thats fine not telling me about the paper work and what not that had to be filled out. well after being some where else for 9 months they call and say that i owe them money because my ex room mate trashed the place before leaving, of course with him being on deployment i get blammed for it all.

the apartments are falling apart and have a bad odor that does not go away maintence is a joke at this place,the hot tub pool and tanning beds were broke the entire time i lived there the only "extras" that even half worked were the weight benchs. to put it simply RUN THE OTHER WAY 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn

RUN, DO NOT LOOK BACK, NOTHING IS WHAT THEY SAY IT IS, AMMENITIES ARE PART OF OUR RENT RIGHT? FREE BASIC CABLE IS OUT A LOT AND MANY CHANNELS ARE MISSING. CONSTANCE IN THE OFFICE IS A MAJOR WITCH, NO COMPASSION, NO CARING. IF YOU HAVE A FINANCIAL PROBLEM THE ONLY THING THEY'LL DO FOR SURE IS EVICT, EVEN FOR A SMALL BALANCE UNDER $200.00, I AM BITTER BECAUSE I HAVE LIVED HERE ALMOST 6 YRS. AND PLAIN AND SIMPLE, THE STAFF DOES NOT GIVE A DAMN......

I work in the office and I know who this is because I had to tell this person the law regarding having no written roommate release. Unfortunately when you sign a contract you are legally bond to that contract unless you get something in writing that says other wise. The prior management was who had been here at the time and I was not here but can bet that they told the roommate this at the time. The tricky part with a rental agreement that has more then one person and only one person is leaving is that the person staying has to allow it and qualify to rent the apartment without the other roommate. I am writing responses because I think allot of young and first time leasers do not realize the responsibility and effect that a bad roommate can have. Think twice, know the person you will be living with. It??s like a marriage, and yes you can affect each others credit score if it goes bad.

you stupid ---- that wasnt my first time leasing an apartment i have lived on my own since i was 16 im not stupid and how the hell would you know what happened with the old mangment since you never even got the lease's that we signed in person all you got was a copy of the lease that YOU said we signed? your apartments are horrible thats all there is to it if you read all the comments im not the only one thats writing horrible things!
