So we get this letter on our door to help with our costs what a joke!!
This place is out of control they make there own rules on a whim..They could care less about there residents and that is why they are at a 32%. I am actually suprised they that high of a rating!!! Oh and lets talk about the ammenities you mean the tanning bed that hasnt worked since we've lived here. Or the pool where it smells like dirty feet and has the knobs taped up.. WOW like I said this place is out of control!! Maybe the manager should get off of her BIG butt and actually take care of her property. Or go talk to the people that live here and I bet 90 percent of the people cant wait to leave this ---- hole!! The new manager hasnt done anything except make things worse.. People I know your new to the area but dont let them fool you this place is terrible..

I LIVED IN QUAIL HOLLOW FOR ALMOST 6 YEARS, THE LATEST-NEW MANAGER IS HORRIBLE, SHE COULD CARE LESS ABOUT THE LIVING CONDITIONS, JUST SEEING WHAT FEE'S SHE CAN CHARGE FOR BULL----!!! I MOVED AND AM HAPPIER THAN I HAVE BEEN IN YEARS.

Who ever wrote this I hear you....I can't wait until I get the hell out of here...The Manager don't care what you have to say and if you have an complaint it just go right over her head....I bet if you ask to speak to her boss you will be ass out......So yes don't be a fool and move here
