I have read the other complaints about Quail and have o admi that I feel though some things could be an issue, in the pas 4 years I have lived here, I have definitly seen a great improvement over the past 6 months to a year. The prior management was not capable of tending to the needs of the residents and quite frankly, moving was a consideration. I have only had to meet with the new manager a few times, but everytime my issues were taken care of in a timely manner. I think that people may have over exaggerated some of what is being said, but everyone has a different experience. I would no agree with most, but some issues can be a hassle, but these are things I have had to deal with regardless of what apartment I have lived in. No matter where you live, surely someone will find something to complain about. Thank god I don't have any serious issues!

this has to be someone that works for this company anyone in there right mind living at quail hollow knows that the other statments are true this place is a ---- hole!

well, i think you answered your own concerns... those that were dealing with the old management had many, many complaints, and they were valid. Whether things have changed is a completely new questions, but I don't think everyone else was exaggerating their experiences from before.

Listen up Military Families! you have the option of living on the base even if you are on the waiting list. Our mistake was that we did not find this out until we moved into this hell hole. The base will provide you with a lovely town home and they have 24 hour maintence service. Lovin it! Every complaint that you have heard is very true and horribly real. You will not like this place, I know I lived there too.
