I think that alot of you go too far in your reviews, I like living here, an understand the situation with the manager and staff at quail hollow. they are actually very nice, if you don't have an attitude when you go in to talk with them. I have had some minor issues, that were not taken care of yet, but i know that they have alot to catch up on from the previous owner. things were left in such bad condition that all the current employees can do is play catch up and it will be a while til they get that off their shoulders.the manager, has alot on her right now in keeping up with things, in order to keep the place running at all. but she really isdn't bad to talk to. anyone would come off poorly if being talked to with a negative attitude. and i'm sure that they don't single anyone out.ie: backing in. it is a very logical thing to me that you wouldn't want someone's exhaust blowing into your open window around your child, i wouldn't. if you have some patience the people that work here are trying their best to take care of those who live here, the new guy at the office is really trying his best to make sure that all complaints are addressed in a timely mannor and if he can't do anything will send it up to the manager, but they can only do so much in a short time.

Approval Rating 18%. Obviously something is not quite right with this little complex that we have managed to fall prey to.

never done any drugs, i just think positive, and have an open mind.
