The staff here are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond what I usally expect as a renter. They really seem to care about their residents here and will go to any reasonable means to help each resident feel as if they're an important part of the community. I've heard terrible things about this place in the past, but the manager and staff have really seemed to turn things around, and its improving every day.
To the individual who made a comment about the manager... that was inappropiate and I don't think that your perception of an individuals apperance and personality belongs on a public forum. As a resident of a community, you should excercise a degree of professionalism; especially if you expect to have a good relationship with its staff. It seems you have failed to do so on more than just this one occasion. Expressing your negative experiences is one thing, but making hurtful (and irrelevant) remarks about an individual just makes you sound ignorant.

I enjoy living here, and I like the staff. They've always gone the extra mile for me.

I am going to agree with the first guy. Just because someone lets there opinion be know that is not grounds to call him ignorant. Have you even read half the comments about the apartment manager. His was one of the most censored. Not to mention he already stated that he was wrong. I must say that it seems you are the ignorant one for stroking your managers sense of self worth.

This review sounds like the manager posted it. And as for living in a community, how is that relevant to having professionalism?? As long as a person can afford to live in the quail hollow community, then he/she can do so. It doesn't say on the rental agreement that anyone has to be nice, just like it doesn't say on the rental agreement that management can't do their job and that these places are a total rip off. Funny how that works. But this forum is a wonderful display of the first amendment, we all have the right to say what displeases us. Particularly if the tenants can prevent some poor, unknowing individual from making a terrible mistake and moving into these apartments or townhomes.
