Over the past year I have seen this place change virtually overnight. I guess the property changed hands and WOW what a difference. The place was getting pretty run down, but not any more. I just transferred to one of the new units and it is very nice. I love my kitchen and all the new appliances and the floor-plan. It was a little bit hectic this summer because of all the construction going on, but now it is really nice. All the building have new paint, and the grounds are immaculate. The place is quiet and my neighbors are great. I really enjoy this little neighborhood, and the best part is I always have a to park when I come home from work. The maintenance staff is good and fix problems right "the first time". The office staff is friendly and helpful. I have recommended this place to my friends. It is a bit pricey compared to some apartments in the area, but it is well worth it in the long run.
