I've lived here since the beginning of 2007. My husband and I moved in right before the whole complex was to begin renovations. We happened to get put in a newly renovated apartment which was nice when we looked at it. With that and the club house at the time was a selling point for us. We've seen some of the other apartments here that haven't been remodeled yet and they have really made an impact on the appearance. Inside and out.
I've had a relatively positive experience here at the Reserve. The staff is very friendly and they have wonderful hospitality. Overall, I have enjoyed my stay.
I will say that this place isn't perfect. The newly renovated apartments aren t top quality, rather look like it. We've had some problems like not having our dishwasher installed, at all, it was just put in there and that was it, our countertops were loose, our mantel fell off the wall and we only had lots of pictures and candles on it. All this stuff happened at the very beginning of our stay here. During the renovations, the people that we hired where very loud and didn't clean up very well after themselves. I would say that when it comes to getting things done around here it s more the maintenance staff that takes forever. I understand that they may have a lot to do, and I know that the ladies in the office are only the messengers. So I don t blame them one bit. But I think that they really need to work on not taking a 3 weeks to fix the mantel! Which was precisely how long it took. I am also rather disappointed as far as never being about to use the hot tub or pool because it's always closed due to maintenance. However, I do like the fact that they have extended the clubhouse hours until 10pm which helps me out because I work two jobs and never have time to use the fitness area or tanning when they closed at 6pm.
I know that I ve said some pros and cons about this place, but what place wont have that' I feel like things have gotten much better since I ve been here with how this complex is being run and I feel like everyone here is doing their best to provide the best quality customer service possible. Sometimes it just doesn t work out for the best! It happens! I wouldn t turn people away from living here, it s nice, in a convenient location, friendly people and staff for the most part. The rent is rather high for what you get but other then that it s a good place to reside.
