If you want to live in a small old "renovated" apartment and have that "third-world-country" feel and pay an arm and a leg for it, then this is the place for you! "Brand new, renovated apartment" includes:
nasty staff, Roaming cats, barking dogs, questionable tenants, loud tenants, litter, questionable plumbing, low popcorn ceilings, cheap appliances, plastic countertops, plastic fake colored cabinets, plastic floors, very old windows, tiny porches, thin walls, inadequate parking, low water pressure, inadequate storage, ect.,overall poor quality. You pay all your own utilities & parking, nothing is included!
Even worse the Staff was nice at first but after moving in they develop a nasty attitude. Their lack of professionalism is pretty astounding. Before you move in they always show people the nice "model" apartment but you end up getting a cheap fake version when you sign the lease, clearly a "bait and switch" situation. And if you live here and one of the other apartments is being "renovated" be prepared to spend a month & a half with unbelievable construction noise. I suggest if you do decide to live here take a lot of pictures of the apartment before you move your things in and take as many pictures of it when you leave. This is especially important in a complex like this one because its very obvious that they are pinching every penny and overcharging on rent, pets, parking and defiantly overcharging for moveout fix cost also. These apartments were formerly called "Emerald Crest Apartments" and received several bad reviews about tenants being tricked into not getting their final walk through when leaving and the apartment complex taking advantage of them financially AND not returning security deposits and then overcharging for fix and cleaning costs. Similar complaints are being left now under the new name. This sort of greed is very disturbing and makes me question their true motives. I feel sorry for the military and first-time renters who I are especially taken advantage of by this complex. After reading just the reviews from this site it is clear they are using various predatory practices against vulnerable consumers & military personnel. I don't know how they sleep at night. PLEASE BEWARE!!!
