I lived here for a year and a half, and it was TERRIBLE. THE OFFICE STAFF IS RUDE AND NOT HELPFUL!!! My son and I were sick constantly because of mold. The units are way overpriced for what you get. You will hear your neighbors and everything outside. Your clothes will smell terrible after washing your clothes in those washers because the lines are filled with mold! Also, I hope you are handy because you will be fixing everything yourself! Go elsewere, please!

It's not that bad. Your unit must have been the only one with mold. I've been there for over a year, and I've never had any major problems. The only reason I'm leaving is because I am buying a house. I would stay if home ownership wasn't so lucrative.

LOL! I smell management or friends of. You are the exception rather than the rule! I can attest to the mold situation - the linoleum in the bathroom was peeling and loaded with mold. I had to wash the walls with bleach frequently. We had indoor waterfalls twice caused by a broken washing machine on the top floor. They didn't dry out the walls, just the carpet (sort of). Earwigs ran rampant in the apartment = moisture. I'm going to have to agree with the original poster on this one.

It sounds like ConAm management is going through apartmentratings.com and posting replies to all of the negative reviews of their apartments. Instead of trying to tell people how great their complexes are, they should just take care of the properties which we, the tenants are paying them to manage! Check out what's going on at University Park. http://www.apartmentratings.com/rate/NV-Las-Vegas-University-Park-Apartments-998958.html
