best staff ever! weve lived here over a year and LOVE it. Key points, MILITARY FRIENDLY! PET FRIENDLY! at least for us, we have had a wonderful experience with them, really wish we didnt need to move away (deployment) They were really accommodating with our cat and large dog. also when we had our baby, they offered us more space really cheep! The staff is amazing and treated us like family. By far best place to live in silverdale. We stayed at a few other places here and Hated them..mainly the staff is what makes this place. and location, walking distance to the mall..walgreens, target, red apple market..its great! the staff is wonderful and always so friendly or helpful, about anything. Maintainance is great too, quick, and they always take the time to show me stuff..like how to fix my door when it came off the hinges. For sure at least check this place out, take the time to go into the office, you wont be sorry. I found this place randomly searching for a new apartment and SO glad we did. HONEST is the best thing here, they give you straight up front honesty, which is wonderful. No worry renting, which has been so great. The trash is a bit of a walk, but worth it for the recycling that is offered, and its clean and well maintained. The rent is higher a bit compared to other places, but you pay for what you get..its worth it. parking is assigned, so theres no problems. And theres guest parking too. They have some military wifes working in the office, so being military it was GREAT to rent from a place who has been flexible and understanding. Great staff. Never had a worry about safety or heard of any problems here either.

Also, how can you have lived at this apartment for over a year but your years at this apartment are from 2009-2009. And your door fell off your hinges! OMG, that sounds dangerous with a baby in the house. I guess your lucky your baby didn't get crushed. And you went on deployment, so your wife and kids don't stay living in your apartment while you are gone, that's peculiar. If it's so great, I would have thought they would have stayed. Your great review is so full of holes! Stop trying to give yourself high rating you evil management people!

Funny how you dont see something a certain way until someone else reads it. I left this review..I stumbled on this site and curiously looked up my complex, I left a review because i had something nice to say. I rambled and im not a 'profesional' reviewer, but the intentions are right and honest. I AM a resident, sorry about the years...i have never left a review on a site like this before and did not see that i needed to add the years lived. We moved here in 2008, around thanksgiving. I am the wife, just like someone who leaves malicious comments to ASSUME the husband left the comment. We have orders to change homeport..its not peculiar at all that we would be moving, its routine, anyone military would know that. I typed military friendly so others in my situation would know, its hard to find a good place to live quickly and theres two Bases close to here, i know other wives will be looking too..theres lots of military in this area. They respect the military clause for leases and are familiar with the procedure if you get orders in the middle of your lease like we did after we renewed. Our SLIDING door broke of the slider because OUR dog ran into it, it was our pet who caused the damage and they were really nice about it. Not dangerous at all. And for you to mention babies getting crushed makes me worry what else you do with your overactive imagination, that was unnecessary. I dont see this as a 'holey' review..i guess i left out details, but seriously, give me a break. I had something nice to say so i blurted out a quick review. The management here is REALLY nice, they even helped me carry heavy packages from the mail to my apartment when my husband was not home. This is a great place to live, and Ive had a wonderful experience, i just wanted to share that. Sounds like you have management issues, you should take care of that, your selling yourself short by assuming all managements are 'evil' I dont think I will ever come back to a site like this again though, people like you take a good thing and turn it into juvenile bickering and make hasty assumptions. Next time think before you act.
