I've lived in two complex's under the CDJ/Swifty Creek name and have enjoyed my experience both times. Neighborhood is generally quite, though it can get loud at times. Any overly obnoxious neighbors the management has helped to resolved the issues in a reasonably quick and timely fashion. Very friendly and helpful mangement, always willing to work with you to get whatever problems you have resolved, be it maintenance or other. Grounds are kept neat and clean by the maintenance workers (and tenants are expected to do the same - no lingering stuff outside of people's apartments). Close to Elementary/Middle School (use to be close to the High School but it's recently been moved across the valley). Have had no complaints.
