Casa del Ghetto - If you are a first time renter, and don't mind the smell of pot infiltrating through your open windows during the summer, enjoy the friendly neighbor hood cops asking questions about your neighbors - this is the place for you! I lived there for a year, and the management was unresponsive, items in apartment were stolen, and the quality of the apartment was certainly not to ...Full review of Casa Del Oro

Not The Best There are around 80 parking spots with 22 covered spots. The covered spots cost and are by assingment only. There is 96 buildings and most apartments have two cars. You do the math. Management is almost never available because she works the same hours you do and notes ti not have her

Over All I rented an apt there and the carpets started showing dirt after two weeks, the noise from Spanaway Loop Road is horrible, tenent noise is not dealt with. Management is hardly available, and the parking is horrid. I would not recommend this place at all.

Cute apartments Sour grapes. The people who post nasty things are those who were asked to leave.
Yeah it would be nice to have a washer and dryer in the apartment but all and all this is a nice place to live and the Manager does just fine. Get a life people!

Be Cautious!! I was told I would have to pay $100 holding deposit in addition to the application fee to ensure they didn't rent the apartment I wanted out to someone else while they waited for my credit check. They said this deposit would be completely refundable or could count towards the

Don't live here! There are very few parking spaces, and "guest" parking is a graveled area with barely room for 6 cars. They don't send out rent statements, you have to go to the office, which is almost always closed. And don't plan on being cool in the summer,

Do Not Live Here! I am positive that the only good reviews of this complex are written by the manager or by the management company. Nobody in their right mind would have anything good to say if they actually lived in these apartments. The manager is extremely unprofessional and has cats running

Highly Recommended When I viewed the apartments for the first time I was struck by the friendliness of the manager. Her pride in her work as well as her welcoming spirit were the main reasons for me to rent at this complex. Another plus for this complex is the fact that the laundry facilities were

nosey manager this place sucks. The manager is not professional at all. she does not dress professional either. She sets her own hours. WSG garbage is an absolute joke. They do not send out statements for the how much you owe per month. You have to call or go in the office, which is frequently
