Don't live here! - There are very few parking spaces, and "guest" parking is a graveled area with barely room for 6 cars. They don't send out rent statements, you have to go to the office, which is almost always closed. And don't plan on being cool in the summer, as there is no air conditioning, . The washers and dryers almost never work properly, and be prepared to have your ...Full review of The Pointe at Coffee Creek

I lived there for a year, and the management was unresponsive, items in apartment were stolen, and the quality of the apartment was certainly not to ...Full review of Casa Del Oro

Cute apartments Sour grapes. The people who post nasty things are those who were asked to leave.

Do Not Live Here! I am positive that the only good reviews of this complex are written by the manager or by the management company. Nobody in their right mind would have anything good to say if they actually lived in these apartments. The manager is extremely unprofessional and has cats running

Highly Recommended When I viewed the apartments for the first time I was struck by the friendliness of the manager. Her pride in her work as well as her welcoming spirit were the main reasons for me to rent at this complex. Another plus for this complex is the fact that the laundry facilities were

nosey manager this place sucks. The manager is not professional at all. she does not dress professional either. She sets her own hours. WSG garbage is an absolute joke. They do not send out statements for the how much you owe per month. You have to call or go in the office, which is frequently
